I would say the salesperson I spoke to was rude, but that implies some intelligence. What I found myself having to listen to was a semi-robotic clueless twit. She did say something that was insightful. She said the owner rarely comes into the store. That sounds about right. Stores with absentee owners almost always have employee attitude problems. Their clothes are hip, but the attitude is so vacant and their responsibility to their merchandise so nil, that I will caution my friends against this store.

The main girl, I believe the manager, seemed very nice although frazzled. The owner seems a bit stiff with a stick up her you know what. I liked the selection but so many other stores with much friendlier atmospheres carry the same brands, so I'll probably just shop at Barneys Co-op, Satine, and Elyse Walker, where shopping is fun and exciting and the staff doesn't feel put out. Honeslty its not even the main girls on the floor, its the owner who brings a bad vibe to the whole place. All in all, beautiful selection, uninviting owner.
