Helen is very professional, honest, and her experience shows.  Also, her team was very courteous and helpful.  I felt that whoever I was speaking with was aware of the property and could help answer my questions. If not, they were quick to find Helen and connect me with her or get my questions answered.  I was very impressed with the number of online and print resources created quickly in order to market the house in a timely manner.  I also liked the updates of views from the various websites and the online portal so I could track showings and feedback.  I'm sure your internal networking also did a lot for moving this property quickly. It was evident in the number of showings that people were seeing the information!  Thank you for all your help.

As a real estate investor I've dealt with Helen and her team on multiple sales and purchases. You will not find a more detailed and responsive agent. In a time when customer service is severely lacking Helen shines through. Couldn't recommend her more!

Helen is an expert at marketing your home and takes full advantage of every marketing channel available. She is responsive and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The Helen Oliveri Team is a well oiled machine focused on meeting your needs. They were always quick to respond and make sure that we were aware of whatever was going on in the market and specifically regarding the sale of our home. They gave us weekly updates and a steady stream of potential buyers. They really pull out all the stops to get your home sold. We really appreciated the professionalism of the team and, even when we got cold feet and were in a panic, they talked us off the ledge. The team took us through the sale of one home and the purchase of a new home and we couldn't be happier. Well done Helen Oliveri Team!!!

We bought one of her properties. She gave our our agent a hard time, did not keep her promise on having our new house professionally cleaned, and then wouldn't return his calls. Buyer beware.

Helen is a marketing genius.  I never expected the response I received on my house.  She also answered all my questions and made a stressful experience easy. My experience with the team was terrific. My calls were always returned promptly and actions were followed through quickly.  Working with Helen was great and  I really felt I was kept informed and given good advice. All I can say is I am glad Helen and her team were the ones selling my house.  I have had nothing but good things to say whenever I am asked about my experience. The results speaks for itself.
