Went in with the family  Eric hooked us up with everything we needed quickly and efficiently it was a lot of fun we walked out with four bicycles You could tell that Eric was a natural salesman and really enjoyed his work thank God he had my daughters put helmets on my little one had a minor accident...... thanks Eric we had a lot of fun hanging out with you.  Helens is now our go to bike shop

Very knowledgable staff, helpful and friendly! I have been buying and servicing bikes here for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Got a rear tire and tube replaced, they put the tire on the wrong way, wheel wasn't aligned with the frame and tire pressure was way off, staff was not as knowledgeable as I thought.
