Amazing people did an amazing job with my wedding dress, they work fast and within your deadline and will do the exact design you want. Truly thankful that I found them as they created my dream wedding dress that I got so many compliments on. Thank you kohar and tony
One star is too much even ! DON’T waste your money! They are not professionals. I was referred to them by Muna who works at Elisabeth and beau where I bought my dress, and I found out that she is a partner at Elianor Couture, I requested wedding dress adjustments , veil and custom made jacket. As I was promised great quality fabric etc .. the cost reached 1700 CAD. 600 for dress adjustment 350 veil and 750 for jacket. I gave them the dress 2 months before the wedding. It took me 4-5 visits and I end up 1-white veil my dress is ivory!!! And Kohar tried to convince me that veil is matching the dress and the problem that my dress is off the rack and DIRTY ! What a nice thing to tell the bride 2- Jacket with poor fitting first Tony made a top that was hideous and does not match the dress, I left the couture crying, I trusted Tony! And his first attempt was disaster. I objected and gave them simple design which they made but the fitting was not right although the first design Tony tried to convinced me with supposed to be a piece of Art! Still I paid 750 CAD for the plain Jacket and it was made in 2 days! 3- the DRESS.. OMG. Kohar ruined it big time and she tried to give it to me without trial! You can imagine why! the dresses was damaged. 10 days before my wedding! I didn’t sleep for 2 nights and started looking for new dress you can imagine how stressful that can be just 10 days before the wedding.. white veil. With ruined ivory dress.. and yet they were paid full and only 100 discount as the veil is plain without additions as they suggested in the beginning. I contacted Nadia Lef alterations and I am so grateful for this professional lady.. she re did all the adjustments that was done by Kohar ! She was shocked how the work was poorly done, I didn’t even realized the extent of the damage till she fixed my dress and I can see the difference and it cost me 500 CAD to fix it .. then I bought Ivory veil plain on Etsy for 160 CAD that arrived in 2 days. Attached photos before and after Kohar ruined it. I requested the mesh to be removed and leave the leafs she cut everything and added flowers white color ! I wasted 1600CAD, my time and stress! The only reason I paid that is to get my dress out of their store! Brides ………stay away. Those people are not professionals and it’s all about money.
I’m so lucky to have my dress made by Toni, he is so talented and just amazing at what he does! My dress was better than I expected. The details and the workmanship is impeccable! Highly recommended.
