August...Came back again to pick up my son's engagement ring for him. Again, excellent customer service and we are so pleased with the end project. They did a beautiful job crafting his ring. June...I've been going to Heller Jewelers for years and they are wonderful. I got my engagement ring made there (LOVE IT!!) and we just came in to buy my fiancé his ring. His ring is great, and without asking, they gave us an idea on how we could save a lot of money...and we took it. This just makes me feel better about coming back again and again. Thank you!!

My wife and I have shopped at Heller for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. Their customer service is impeccable. They have an excellent variety of jewelry for every budget. Also, when it comes to customizing and repairs, their integrity is above reproach. Best Jewelry Store ever.

I was fortunate to have been recommended to Heller Jewelers by a good friend of mine. Scott was very professional, courteous, and personally sat down and helped me find the perfect engagement ring. As a person with not a lot of jewelry or diamond knowledge, I was able to get all my questions answered without any attitude. He went out of his way to even respect my budget without compromising the quality of the diamond or ring, or even pressuring me to purchase, and I was very grateful for that. I highly recommend Scott and the rest of the team at Heller Jewelers if you are in the Bay Area.

I have been going to Hellers Jewelry for the past 5 years for all my Rolex needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the watches. They never pushed or rushed me to buy. What really made them stand out from all the other jewelry stores is that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. The one month old Rolex I purchase had issues. They sent it back 3 times to Rolex to fix the issue. The issue was not resolved to my satisfactory and Rolex was not willing to replace the watch. Needless to say Marcus saw my frustration from 6 months of going back in forth with Rolex. Marcus resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I will definitely go back for more Rolex watches.

From start to finish my experience with Heller Jewelers was fantastic. I walked in a felt welcome there. I was greeted with a friendly smile. Nancy listened to everything I wanted for my gift my husband for our 20 year Anniversary. You see I am a simple woman and she understood me, listened and new exactly what would like beautiful on me. I am thrilled with my earrings and bracelet. I cannot wait to get my ring back as they are sizing it. I am bringing in other jewelry to be fixed. My point is it has taken me 10 years to find a new jeweler...my previous one retired. I feel comfortable with Heller Jewelers and look forward to working with them and Nancy again!
