If you ever get into a car accident, do NOT settle your case with your insurance company without consulting a personal injury lawyer. My insurance company tried to settle my case by offering a ridiculously low amount and I had no idea what to expect. We got into a bad car accident in October 2015 and wanted a lawyer who was local so we wouldn't have to travel two hours for a simple meeting. I called few lawyers in the St. Cloud area. Mr. Heller gave me a call back within 30 minutes and we had a phone conversation for 15 minutes. He gave me clear instructions on dealing with the situation, getting medical attention, working with insurance companies and taking time off work for recovery. The following week, we had an hour meeting with his paralegal, Julie Hennen, at his office and she gave detailed advice about the situation and answered all the questions that we had. Ever since, when I talked to my Insurance agent, I am very confident when communicating with them as I know my rights. We are very happy with the amount of attention we got with our case. We highly recommend Mr. Heller for your personal injury case.
