We wanted a no-fuss quick meal with taste and substance and that was exactly what we got. Others have told me Helmand has the best beef shwarma in town and I wholeheartedly agree! Ask for a hit of hot sauce to bring out the flavour. Eat over your plate though as stuff tends to run out of the wrap!

Mounds of food. I never finish all of it. #9 is the best combo to get. Can feed two people. Wedensday and Fridays they have special spicy rice. The best time to go is those days.

The food here is amazing! My whole family loves it and we have some picky eaters. The staff are so friendly and I would highly recommend going there!

I try and eat here once a week very good food usually fast but somedays it's too busy for them to keep a 20 minute order. Totally in love with the chicken tikka

It’s good. Nice friendly staff- food is good, restaurant is clean. Would eat there again. Not the best I’ve never had but good for Guelph.
