BART B. @ HELP Plumbing did an excellent job installing our air conditioner.  He was very professional and gave us some great advice on our new unit.  There was a mix up with our unit and he was very helpful in getting the situation corrected. He made sure we were 100% satisfied!  We would definitely recommend him.

The great thing about HELP is that they are a big operation and can come in a timely manner.  That's great when you are having an emergency.  Also, their service people are nice.  They tell you they have honest pricing, but I have found their honest price is often more than DOUBLE the price of other reputable service companies.  I used them to replace my furnace.  MY BAD for not price checking, and I feel trapped to use them annually to maintain my furnace.  Recently they told me I needed $688 for 2 lbs of coolant for my air conditioner and recommended I replace a part, which is currently working but is old.  Naturally, that bill came to half the price of a new system, so why spend $1500 on repairs when I might as well get a new sustem? I called Wyoming Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and they quoted me a price of $138 per pound but said they would check the levels for me first.  Sure enough, as they predicted, I didn't need any coolant at all! So, HELP charged me $78 for a service call and recommended $1500 worth of work, Wyoming Heating and Cooling charged me $85 and gave me a clean bill of health for an old but still working find system.  I'm  NOT A FAN!

Nick was fantastic! I have two little boys who were very interested in what he was doing, and he did so well with them standing by him and asking him 50 million questions. He was also very thorough in what he was doing and letting me know my filter was ready to be changed. He also educated me on how often the filters need to be changed and explained in detail how their Air Ranger electronic filter works. I will definitely be investing in that next new tax season!!

Our 12+ year old kitchen disposer cashed in, leaking water directly through the casing into the cabinet below. Phil S. was the technician assigned to diagnose and solve the problem, which meant a new disposer. This is the second time we've had Phil come to help us, the first having been during this past winter to repair a pinhole leak in a copper pipe.
Phil is highly knowledgeable, exceptionally affable, and most certainly helpful. It was a pleasure to welcome him into our home once again, and, yet again, to come to the rescue. Phil was in and out in about 1 and 1/2 hours, and our kitchen sink is back in full working operation with the new, 3/4 HP disposer, which carries a 6-year warranty. We are pleased with Phil's service, as we have always been with HELP's cadre of experts. We are, and will remain, happy HELP Club customers.
