Everytime I come into the Mailbox, I'm always greeted with smiles and Excellent Customer Service!  I like to enter an establishment with a smile, because its contagious. Plus, aside from dealing with the Public as I'm very aware of, any time of the day, can be Challenging. I've never had a problem with their service! They are totally complete! Plus, they have an assorted amount of items, for the casual customer. As an addition to their service, they have added a Jeweler Service. His name is Mark and he does Excellent work also!
The Owners are Helen and Rick. I recommend them to All of Hemet and anyone else, looking for Fast and Proficient Service!

I went to this place because I was mailing a gift card to my Sister. They weighed the envelope charged me accordingly and sent the envelope on its way. a week later and my Sister still had not received the card. Imagine my surprise when the envelope came back saying additional postage needed. I was  charged 1.64 and the postage label showed 0.88  handwritten was additional postage 1.57. I resent fedex..Never again at this place

Terrible...slow service. Better service and speed at Mt plaza mail next to CVS at new Chicago and Florida..worth the extra 2 miles to go there..imho
