I took our dog Lulu (a rescue) who has not been to the Vet yet and I was beyond impressed with with them. The moment you walk in they are very attentive and make your pet (and you) very welcome. The check in process is very efficient and the office itself is very warm and inviting. Lulu was seen very quickly and the examination was extremely thorough and comfortable. Being a rescue, I was not sure how Lulu would handle it, but the way they cared for her was amazing and they did everything right to avoid her getting stressed out. I left there with zero questions because they take the time to explain it all. I didn't feel rushed.  I was impressed by everyone one I met from the Vet to the front desk staff. Looking forward to bringing our other dog.

It's difficult to find a vet for small pets like our hamster. Many places offer it but have a hard time handling them and resort to anesthesia for small things like teeth trimming. I'm so glad we went here- this place is very professional and reasonably priced, but also showed great care and affection for our pet. I was impressed with the service and care at Hemlock Bluffs. Our hamster received fast and effective  treatment as well. I highly recommend this place!

These folks are always friendly and very efficient. Warm, homey atmosphere and all of the staff truly love animals.
