WORST FIRM EVER! ONLY ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY! I am filing a formal complaint wt
ph the NC Board of Law.  I hired Robert Giles for a REGISTRATION TICKET that I later found out I did not even need an attorney to take care of this matter, he just wanted a free 290$, and he forgot to file ; resulting in me having my license revoked.  I found out this after getting my car totaled by a person running the red light.  DO NOT PAY THIS FIRM ANY MONEY! His secretaries haven't got a clue about how to run an office, any sort of HR skills ( Rudest, crotchety, old ladies I've ever heard.), let alone anything to do with the legal system. They are very disorganized  Then I was put on hold and screamed at because "I WASN'T LISTENING TO WHAT SHE WAS SAYING." how can you speak to someone like that who is paying you 300$? When I told her to stop yelling at me, she told me then I need to listen then.....huh. If
