Want to put in a plug for the incredible service from you this morning (12-9-15) when we called 911 for a man who was feeling very unwell upstairs at Mike's on Main. You arrived in less than five minutes and assessed his situation using diagnostic equipment maintaining a professional and calm stance, then took him for further care. Once before we had an experience with EMS, when I fell and broke my shoulder several years ago - also very impressed with your caring staff. Thank you.
