I’ve had to call on them several times this month for my family members and we are  very happy with the professionalism and kindness in handling our situations. They were wonderful!!! Francine

My husband fell in the bedroom last month and after 45 minutes of trying to get him up, I called 911 and the truck from Station 99 was here within 10 minutes.  Took one firefighter 20 seconds to get him up, assure that he was fine and out they were in less than 10 minutes.  Thanks 99; you guys are great.

I am currently under rehab because of peripheral neuropathy:caused by another condition.  I am limited as to my mobility . I had fallen down at my home and was unable to get up. My husband called 911 and we received a response within 5 minutes. Within minutes they were able to painlessly get me back in bed. They were super polite and super nice. Thank you Henderson fire department station 99!!!!!
