If you pay your bill on time and realize that not everything in life has to come to your entitled butt immediately these guys are great. I've been renting there for about 3 years with no problems. I chat with the owners whenever they are around, super nice folks.

Our family has utilized Henderson mini storage for over two years. We pay our rent in person each month and have always found the office personnel to be very friendly and helpful. We appreciate security being such a high priority of the owners/business. We highly recommend Henderson mini storage!!!

This is Nicholas Romero Pamela's hisband. Jim & Connie are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Been with them a few years now. To Jason Saul & veronica Mattorano try doing what your supposed to do & pay your bills on time, be honest about the lenght of your trailer. Turn out would have been much better. There is always cry babies & bitchers !!! I would have kicked both your asses off my property sooner than Jim & Connie !!!

We've had our travel trailer stored here for several months and have had a very good experience overall. Reading some of the other reviews from angry people, it sounds to me like they had some unreasonable expectations. If you are like me and are interested in reasonable people with reasonable expectations, you will likely be satisfied as I have been. I'll describe my experience so you can decide for yourself. When I called them up the first time, Connie answered and let me know they were full, and to check back in a week or two since they don't know if/when people will decide to move trailers out. She explained their pricing, including the caveat about final pricing "pending measurement" by them, and even went so far as to tell me how they measure and why (mfg measurements are usually not the same). I called back a few weeks later and they did have an opening, so I came in to sign the contract. When I arrived, Connie introduced herself and I got to chat with her and her husband while she was going over terms in the contract, their pricing and billing policies and options, hours, and even the reasons for many of these terms. All of their policies sounded quite reasonable to me. Based on the measurement I took at home, I estimated my trailer would cost $45/mo and that's what the contract amount said based on my estimate, pending official measurement (I didn't bring my trailer in that day), which Connie also reiterated to ensure I wasn't caught offguard. For payment, I chose to have them bill my credit card monthly so I didn't have to remember to send in a check (I know myself, and I'd forget or send it in late). Connie had explained that they don't have time to call everyone who is late on payments, since it would increase their prices to hire staff to do this, and responsible people should be able to honor their agreements. This all seemed reasonable to me, since paying on time per contract is certainly my responsibility. It took a little over a month before I was ready to bring my trailer to storage, but shortly after I parked it in my space for the first time I received a voicemail message from Connie letting me know they had done the official measurement and that it would only be $44/mo. She also refunded the previous overpayment and adjusted the recurring billing amount. Another thing they let me know about was that if I accidentally parked in the wrong space, there would be a charge for towing/moving my trailer since waiting for me to come move it would cause other customers (in whose space I might accidentally park) to have to wait unreasonably long to properly park their trailer in their own space. It has apparently happened before, and caused a big mess as people who couldn't park in their own space would then try to park in any open space (also not theirs), and the problem would just compound leading to many more unhappy customers. They even gave a recommendation for how to avoid this happening to me, by placing an orange cone in the space with my name on it so someone else doesn't accidentally park there thinking it's their space. In addition, there are signs up at the entry gate stating this, and what to do if you find someone parked in your spot. In summary, they strike me as reasonable people who are concerned with operating a storage business efficiently and with reasonable expectations around payments made on time, expecting policies to be followed for the protection of all customers, and informing customers ahead of time, repeatedly, verbally and in writing about all of this so there's no chance of miscommunication. Personally I enjoy dealing with reasonable and straightforward people, and I have not been disappointed. My trailer is happy as well, sitting on a level road-base/gravel surface.
