I give Brandon and his team 5 stars if I could give more I would. I had a great experience with Brandon he handled my case beyond my expectations, and his knowledge on the law and legal system is amazing, he was very straight forward with everything and how things could or couldn't go with my case. He answered all questions and advised me exactly on how we should go through with my case to best benefit my out come. His staff is very polite anytime I called with any questions and Brandon always got back to me in a timely manner. Having Brandon as my attorney really put me at ease throughout the whole trial because he really showed how determined he was to win this case for me, all the effort and passion he put into my case really made me feel that he truly cared about my case unlike some attorneys I've dealt with in the past that seem to careless whether they win or lose the case as long as they get paid, but not with Brandon he really put the time and effort into my case making sure we could get the best possible out come. His pricing was also very reasonable for my case because I called other attorneys getting prices and compared to the others was great. My overall expectations were exceeded by Brandon and his staff and because of that I would recommend him and his staff to anyone I know dealing with legal issues. I know if I ever have anymore legal issues down the road there's no one else I will call but Henderson, Mokhtari and Weatherly to handle my cases.

Mr. Brandon Henderson is the best attorney in the Cleveland area. Due to his experience and hard work, I was basically given a slap on the wrist for an alcohol related charge. My vehicle was no longer subject for forfeiture. No jail time.. Not to mention, he has a positive relationship with various judges and prosecutors. I definitely recommend this guy. A+

I entrusted this firm specifically Alvand Mokhtari to defend my rights when I was nearly murdered by a supervisor of ipg innopak coorperation whom I was only a temporary agent of, they where unable to assist in ANY form be it medically or finicially & allowed the ohio bwc & Michael Dessau of Phillip j. Fulton to give my medical rights & justice away into the hands of the Ohio BWC & my temporary agency's insurance company, while being the scapegoat & allowing the at fault persons to get away with literally a murder attempt against my life inside their father's industrail packing maching. I strongly advice others to seek a more competent & compassionate council because no innocent victim should be molested by having their rights intentionally neglected further on top of surviving such horrific loss, & suffering physical & physcological disability from an gross malacious attack, while attorneys attempt to make a profit to disregard victims rights, public safety & well being, of an wrongfull suffering, innocent man without help, all while covering up for a murderous criminal coorperation of Innopak-IPG, & the Craig Strattons.

Can't say enough good things about HMW. I dealt with Justin Weatherly specifically for a recent driving incident. Justin and his staff were incredibly professional, prompt, and reassuring through the entire process. Justin was very knowledgeable and thorough with his research. I hope to never need their services again but HMW would be my first and only call if need be.

If you are in need of a criminal defense attorney, you should strongly consider hiring attorney Brandon Henderson. Recently one of my family members was charged with a serious crime based upon a false police report submitted by the actual perpetrator. I hired Brandon to defend my family member because of his excellent online reviews and because his law firm's website makes it clear that criminal defense law makes up a large part of the firm's practice. Beyond achieving the obvious goal of bringing about a successful outcome, Brandon demonstrated all of the attributes one wants in an attorney. He carefully explained each step in the legal process, was thorough in his court preparation, and--very important--was remarkably available and supportive in what was clearly an anxiety-provoking situation. In such distressing circumstances, you want a "pro" in your corner, and Brandon Henderson is a true professional.
