A good ol' fashioned " Once was " through and through. 

 I started my adventures at HNZ In February of 2017, and at first glance, and mostly due to my own enthusiasm and excitement, it was pretty great. It wasn't until after a few visits that I noticed things were pretty off at this airport. For starters, the manager, Mike Kellogg,  is a complete moron. He'll always answer you with some smart remark or nasty comeback, that got pretty old after a while. 

   The in house flight instructor, Paul Hesse is a good example of " Quality over Quantity". In that I mean, he may be the cheapest instructor around, but you better be on his ass about anything and everything. I remember being told to be there at 10:30, or 9:30...I was always waiting in the airport for over an hour for Paul to come around..Very unprofessional.

   I received my PPL with Paul, and Paul's performance was nothing short of underwhelming. 

All in all, this airport is on the way out, at least the management and current occupants ought to be....

Good riddance!
