My wife and I truly enjoy the BBQ nachos! We split it and still usually take some home.  The pulled pork is probably my favorite meat here. I like the sauce choices here. The outdoor seating is really nice, overlook the Katy Trail.

Wonderful experience! The waitress were so nice and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the menu items and very helpful. I had the chicken ceaser salad it was AWESOME! I will definitely come back!

Love it! Outdoor seating. Live music. Great food. Large selection of BBQ and other delicious items. I like the chicken biscuit and baked beans. Pork is tender and tasty. Service is always wonderful.

Offered great Gluten free menu options. Dealt well with out parties food allergy concerns. Was delicious and well priced (but still a little high for a casual dinner out) for the BBQ market in St.Louis. Cute historic setting.

Unfortunately, one gets reviewed harshly in moments of screw ups. I am visiting while riding across America on a motorcycle. My family wanted to treat me to some great St Louis BBQ and Hendricks was recommended. We arrived in the afternoon during a slow time. We waited over an hour for our food which arrived cold and clearly baked to plates from heat lamps. People who arrive 15-30 minutes after us, received food well before us. Our waitress was dismissive and blamed the delay on an 8-top. The manager, Terry Jensen, told us to "Look around, food is coming, I am sure it's on the way." Rather than apologizing for the delay or offering  some compensation in the form of drinks, food or discount, he came to the table and talked about some wine holding plate he has. I work in the food industry. When food is late, the first rule in the playbook is to  apologize then compensate to ease the situation. Neither was done at all. The food might have been great, but nothing is great after being subjected to a heat lamp for long periods. Sadly, my family will not take visitors there again.
