The nurses are great, the doctor I saw was great, the office staff is absolutely horrid. Several times I have been told one thing by office staff only to be told the proper answer by a nurse at the same location, who then has to apologize for the office staff errors. Getting through is so hard because no one answers the phones, yet being in the office there is almost always someone on break, talking to other office people and laughing, or just plain ignoring the phones while they ring away. The ones I have spoken with (with one exception) have been blunt, stiff, and almost rude. I have also witnessed a lot of office drama done out in front of the public. If this were my business I would fire them all and start over with better trained and more personable people. The office staff ruins what could be a pretty good practice.

The wait times are often horrible and I'm not so sure that it doesn't have to do with a shortage of staff. I've found the people there to be courteous and professional, and as a rule, I've had no issue getting what I need as long as I'm willing to do what they ask. I've had the less-than-pleasant experience of dealing with billing issues from them that seem to be at odds with what their online bill pay site declares. It's never nice to be told you owe money by mail only to find that the place given for convenient payment tells you that your account balance is a zero sum. The "convenient care" moniker is sort of ironic. The hours and days open aren't all that convenient and regardless of whether you've made an appointment ahead of time or are just a walk-in, you're going to find that the wait times are pretty ugly. I do not put the problems with this institution with the "boots-on-the-ground" staff. I do put it in the hands of those that run the institution at the city or county level. They need to beef up their staffing or infrastructure to meet demand, and not only from what I've experienced, but from stories I've heard from others, they need to do something about their billing errors. 09/16: Ghost bill turned over to collections. I'm paying it to get it out of the way. Would have been a lot easier if it would have posted to their internet site. Fool me once, HRCC, shame on me. Fool me twice? Not happening. Unless you're absolutely desperate, avoid this place and seek a reputable local doctor's office.

Dr villeroso is great with my child . He remembers who we are every time and I never wait more than 20 minutes to be sent back.

I waited 2.5 hours to see Julie. Was told I had strep and was given prescription. This was on Friday. I didn't improve (got WORSE) and Monday at 8 a.m. I called to get different medication. After 5 ...FIVE!... phone calls, they obviously decided I didn't NEED their help and they closed the office. I never DID hear from them. I found a REAL doctor willing to take care of his patients!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! If you value your life, don't go here for treatment!!!

They never answer the phones and they took about a month to tell my dad he had high cholesterol and blood sugar from his blood work. Most of the staff at this place are incredibly rude and incompetent.
