Dont care if this customer reads this. Was late for my appt due to weather had to be fit in. Got me to dock after an hour. Not too bad. Will get to my next reload.

Bad customer service.
No appreciation toward customer. 
Very old culture and lazy office worker.
GM does not care if you lose a customer over his office employees.
