This facility is very clean. There are no foul smells or odors and the presentation is great! The administrators and staff have always been cooperative and readily available to help. The therapy team is really good they work with me day in and out. I didn't think I could get that much stronger within the time that I have been here but the gains have been remarkable.

Henrico deserves two thumbs up, A+++. Between the care staff and therapy everyone has been encouraging and supportive. It has been such a positive experience. I was so selfish, I wanted more of what they were offering so I stayed an extra week to make me a better person. Tears of happiness are flowing from the abundance of love and support shown.

I chose this facility due to its location, being closer to my home and family. It's easier for them to spend time with me and support me in various ways. Plus the facility has so far fulfilled my every need. My rating equates to food. I'm aware it's hard to please every taste and need. So, I'm  willing to accept the sometimes difference taste.

Again I want to thank you for your services.

My stay and care was good. The nurses were on time with my medications and made me feel comfortable. They stood by my side throughout this entire process and worked really hard to give me the best care. My CNAs and nurses were both loving and kind.
