I called in ahead of time and was greeted pretty fast by Katherine (Kate) and even though I was only calling for business hours, she tried to find out what exactly I needed. At the store she was very helpful and knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And the prices ARE very good. Saved over a hundred on my merchandise today.

Very knowledgeable staff, a great variety of items to compare so you can make an educated purchase with comparable prices, or will price match.

Service is very friendly and helpful advice given. Bought gear here for myself and my wife and was able to talk things through with them, never felt rushed.

Overpriced, won't return product with a simple receipt from a transaction. Instead you need a bill. Why they would have two separate pieces of documentation is stupid.

Henry's - for Photographers by Photographers. Henry's is a camera shop staffed by photographers so where else could you get better advice? I want to thank them and Westcott for the Peter Hurley seminar a few years back. I've bought more than one camera and lens from Henry's.
Marco (Manager) is passionate about the gear, has an encyclopedic knowledge and provides extraordinary customer service. He cares and treats you the way I suspect he would want to be treated. When I've had problems with gear, I've been able to walk in, discuss the problem,  drop it off and they take care of the rest.
