Not happy...purchased shoes today and never going back...not happy with their limited selection *settled for a pair...went to try my luck at a different branch, no returns amongst their branches. Tried to switch shoes from Downey Branch to Hawaiin Gardens Branch..
Was not allowed...soooo disappointed....rather go to dds discounts or Ross! So sad to say....

So I take my wife to replace a whole wardrobe of shoes since she gave birth 2 months ago and the swelling is all gone. We're there my wife, our three year old, our 2 month old and me.  Three year old needs to pee and my wife has used their bathroom before. The guy said there's no public restroom, we implied it's for the baby. He responded there was no restroom. Bad service and horrible attitude in that place unless you're a good looking woman and alone then he must be the nicest person with a bathroom available. Place has been there for a while but can tell clientele has decreased and now I know why.

My mom and i have been coming here for years and we love it. They have a wide variety and they always have good specials going on.

I got some  high heel stilletos by Steve Madden here for about $35. There was a price mark on the pattent leather but they cleaned it and polished it off for me, no fuss. Love their service. Great prices. There's boots that are things high to sandals. Nice variety. They also carry men's designer shoes at a low price.
