My wife and I own a small business that has been steadily growing - now we're in the 6-12 employee range. We outgrew the solo-accountant we had been working with when we realized that our business needed a lot more like tax advice, business owner retirement savings advice, bookkeeping, inventory management and payroll etc. Henry Waters is sized right for us. They have a skilled team of people to help us with prompt replies to our questions and inquiries and an owner who is on top of everything that happens for quality control. We've found with Henry Waters, you get more than just balanced books / financials, payroll & tax prep – they are always looking for ways to save us money and make us money. It’s a long story but advice they gave us on changing our corporate structure has probably shaved 5 years off my retirement horizon – so you not only get accounting advice – you get business / small business owner advice. My wife and I (who also works in our business) couldn't give Henry Waters a higher recommendation

I have used Henry Waters for all my accounting needs since the inception of my business in 2000. Not only do they take care of all my accounting and payroll needs for my business, but they also are genuinely happy to answer any questions I have that may or may not fall under their given role as accountant for my business. There are many areas of my life that are now more informed as a result of the time and care that Steve (and now Eric) are willing to spend and give in an effort to answer all my questions (buying/selling/renting a home, personal/business insurance, liability issues, the list goes on). The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone is always very willing to help at a moment's notice. As a small business owner, it is very important to me to be able to contact my partners in a quick, efficient manner. Henry, Waters & Associates Inc do not disappoint on any level. They even do my personal taxes as an added bonus for having a business account with them. What's not to like?

Great service and follow-up. My company has had its share of bookkeepers and accountants. We have had the most success with Henry Waters. They are available to discuss big picture plans as well as help with small details. They have helped us navigate Quickbooks. And they are managing our payroll and taxes. Eric Killian is an asset to the business. He is willing to collaborate on all phases of accounting. They have earned our trust and our continued business.
