This was an exceptional car buying experience. We were greeted quickly and helped almost immediately. All of the staff and especially our sales rep (Rob) and GM (Mike) were wonderful. We drove from CT to this dealership as it was recommended highly from a friend of ours and we were truly blown away with the whole process. It was worth the trip. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and will come back for all of my future car purchases.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Herb Chambers in Millbury. I had looked on line at their inventory, had an idea of what vehicles we wanted to look at and the payment we could afford. Keith greeted us and helped us out. He was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, most important he was not pushy. He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, and worked very hard with his supervisor to get us the car we liked at the payment we needed.  We then met with Natalie in financing. This is usually stressful because of all the paperwork. She explained everything, we talked, we laughed, she made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend them, when you are ready to buy a vehicle.

My Son was purchasing a car.  I went along for the ride.  He found the vehicle online.  It was by far the most competitively priced vehicle online within a 75 mile radius for the year, miles, make, model, options and condition.  It was and is an incredible value.  We drove 1+ hour after work to see the vehicle in the dark and rain.  Long story short we purchased the vehicle that evening.  Nelly, Sean, David & Luis were exceptional.  They were helpful, knowledgeable, gave us as much time and as much space as we needed.  They kept the dealership open for hours after it was scheduled to close to help us.  It was an incredible buying experience.  I will buy from them again.  I will recommend them to family and friends.  I am certain they will continue to outperform their competitors on service, product knowledge and price.  Herb Chambers has put together a world-class team in his Millbury, MA dealership.

I couldn't be happier with the buying experience that I had at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep of Millbury. I bought my first Jeep here 10 years ago and decided to come back for my upgrade. From the moment I got on the lot Nelly was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable from the test drive, through the paperwork and was efficient in following up with when I could pick up the car and made the registration and sticker process so simple for me (I didn't have to do anything), he took care of it all. David, the business manager, really seemed to have my best interest in mind when we spoke of all the financial details, I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want or wasn't comfortable with but he carefully explained all of my options and he was sure I had exactly what I wanted/needed. I am so happy with the whole process and would suggest anyone looking to buy a car go see Nelly & David.

Horrible customer service.  They take people who show up at random before the customers who made appointments.  They had my truck for 4 hours.  Did nothing to it.  A simple antenna reattachment.  But they said they couldn't do that job there.  I couldn't believe that.  The service manager put his hands in my face & yelled at me to take my truck someplace else.  I was embarrassed.  I am upset.  All they want is your money.  Customer Service Sucks!  Sucks!  Sucks!
I'm also bringing my complaint & video & my recorded phone call of how I was treated, to the Better Business Bureau.  I tell everyone to go anywhere but Herb Chambers.  They didn't help me & just straight up refused.  Thanks CHARLIE THE SERVICE MANAGER.  YOU SHOULDN'T PUT YOUR HANDS IN PEOPLE'S FACES.
