I purchased this thru Groupon previously. I'm sorry that others had such a poor experience but it's been great for me. Jenn, who did my initial wrap, is great! She makes you feel comfortable (since you are standing in your underwear), is professional and just a nice person. I agree that the room you are in while wrapped could be more relaxing, it's still dark enough and quiet enough to sleep if you choose. After my first wrap I didn't feel pressured to buy a package and it was not $1000 a month (not sure where that number came from?). I did end up buying a package and they were more than willing to work with me on payments. I even received 2 free sessions and another facial just for paying the total within my first two sessions. If you aren't able to do that, they will allow you to pay each time you come in. It's also important to note that you won't lose a ton of inches and weight when you go. They explain that the wraps should be used in conjunction with a diet and exercise plan (just like any other weight loss miracle). I do it because it removes the toxins and extra water weight and I feel great after. I have also seen a reduction in cellulite which I have trouble getting rid of even though I work out. Overall it's a nice package to try out for $20.

I found this because of the great Groupon they offered. I read the previous rating and it's nothing like that. Yes, they would like to have you sign up but I received no pressure. I was upfront that I wanted to try it and after hearing the price, (which wasn't $1000 a month) I declined. I felt no pressure.  I was warmly greeted by the girl who did my wrap. She was very sweet.  She knew what she was doing and was considerate to my needs. Ok, the "relaxing" room wasn't completely quiet but you could close your eyes and doze or read. If I could afford it, this would be something I would enjoy doing on a regular basis.

I purchased a Groupon and tried to schedule and appointment. After multiple unanswered calls, and messages not returned, I was able to get the Groupon refunded.
