I requested a quote for a water line installation. I received a call back that they declined to quote the job but did not give a reason. Our company had used this plumber in the past and there was no issue. I called back to get an explanation and still did not receive one, only that they were not interested in the job. I then asked for a quote on a different job to repair water leaks. Again the quotation was declined with no reason. I told the secretary since they declined quotations with no reason given I would have to file a complaint to let other potential customers no about this issue so they don't waste their time. The owner  then got on the phone yelling at the top of his lungs. He finally said the reason for no quote was he had given an insurance quote 3 years ago and we didn't use him. I said the claim was still open and it wasn't repaired yet. He finally calmed down and agreed to a smaller job but when I was scheduling with the secretary and mentioned this could have been avoided if she relayed the message properly the owner got back on the phone and said to get another plumber. Agreed. No one should use a plumber that is the irrational and will yell at their customers for their own misunderstanding.

They service my complex Forest Green in Islip and I called them to cap a line because I am remodeling the kitchen. The guy came and capped it didnt even put silicon tape on the threads and it leaks and said that was $200 bucks. So now I have to keep a bucket to catch the water. Also he broke the old shut off valve. Not happy with them.

I called for a repair of a leaking spigot that was causing water to go into my basement. They quoted me $450. I was able to negotiate the price of the job to $300. Two days later the spigot is leaking(not as badly as it was) and there is still water in my basement. Why is it so difficult to find companies that do good work the first time around? It's frustrating and a waste of my time because now I have to get them back here to try again. I'm still running my dehumidifier around the clock and if course there is still the damp smell in the basement.

On sunday i had heat but my unit was making high pitched squealing sounds...the tech came on monday and immediately said my unit was off(then how did i have heat) dog started going crazy and i left tech unattended, he bled the system and said everything was working...few hrs later i tried the heat and nothing...called company back  and asked them to return and turn unit back on...today they charged me $353 and said valve was broken...if thats the case why wasnt it broken yesterday...thieving bastards

Great organization - called them after trying to get 2 others to come out (and both failed to show).  Great communication - promised a window that was only a couple of hours away - came 30 minytes prior to...quick diagnosis and subsequent repair - very reasonably priced.  Definitely try them!
