The bank is beautiful on the outside and the staff is friendly on the inside. I've never had a bad experience. The services are good-I've watched them grow over the years and because of their steady building, I rate them five stars. Some banks start off gung-ho and peak in a few years, this one started very small and slowly--but consistently--grew up without peaking.

Friday 4:00pm, I am the only customer in bank, I was there to deposit a $15,000.00 check, but Melinda Carlson was too busy taking her break! Thankfully a nice teller did her job for her.

Bob Cashel ex mayor says it's a great bank!....are they funding sex trafficking?.if the name Cashel has anything to do with this bank is this where sex trafficking money is laundered or provided?

Bunch of ignorant entitled tellers. They don't provide crap as a bank . Not open on weekends. They throw a flag on your card for anything you buy online. I'm pretty pissed about this bank. Once I get my check I'm going back to BofA.. worse  bank I've EVER HAD ... That's right heritage.. YOU SUCK

The wife and I WALKED INTO THE MAIN BRANCH AND WAS TREATED LIKE WE CAME IN EVERY DAY, HOWEVER HAVE DEALT WITH THE BANK SINCE THE ORIGINAL OPENING BY PHONE, RECEPTION WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY FAST...I HAVE DEALT WITH A LOT OF BANKS AND THIS WAS AS 
GOOD AS IT GETS, AND IT CAN'T GET MUCH BETTER ANYWHERE.
