Absolutely HORRIBLE! I waited WEEKS to get in for my first appointment. Got a call saying the doctor had to cancel because he suddenly had to be out of town. I never rescheduled because at this point the reason I needed a doctor was gone. Suddenly I got a nasty gram in the mail chewing me out for canceling/being a no show, how horrible it was for a NEW patient to do this and to not bother trying to schedule an appointment there again. Firstly, if this is how they talk to their patients, no thank you. Secondly, if their record keeping system is so screwed up that they can't remember that THEY CALLED ME?! No thank you.

Me and my husband see Dr Faiola and Betsy who is a nurse practitioner. They both take their time with you and answer your questions where you understand what they are saying. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's because they take their time with you and don't rush and they make sure you are given the care you should be given. Once I went in just for a refill and we were casually talking and Dr Faiola was concerned about something I said and wanted to check me out right then and there. I didn't want to bother to another time but being my doctor he said it couldn't wait. So if your a patient that's waiting this is why..... Because you are waiting for the best and most caring doctor's we have ever been to. If you don't want to wait schedule your appt for the first one of the day or the first one after lunch and you will avoid that wait that most people are complaining about. The office staff has been great with us but lately it keeps changing. Whitney and Lacey we have known the longest and I will have to say are our favorites. The others we don't know as well and don't seem as knowledgeable that we can tell but could be. At times they can be rude but hey we all have had days. If we don't hear back on something within a reasonable time we keep calling back because they stay very busy and sometimes a friendly call back will get you your answers. If their having a bad day..... Be nice.... You will be amazed with the results. We won't go anywhere else because in the end we know we are getting great care and that the doctors are going to give us the same care that they gave all the other patients. Dr Faiola is going to tell you how it is so if you can't handle that he is not the doctor for you. Betsy is more soft spoken but she is a lot like Dr Faiola. She is going to tell you how it is. They are both great and very thorough.

I've been searching for a primary physician in Olympia for a while now. I came upon Heritage Family Medicine, and am SO happy I did. The staff is friendly and helpful, I was nervous about starting at a new Dr. and they made me feel right at home. I saw Lynda Stafford, and she was so friendly and helpful. You could see that she really cared. Thank you Lynda & Staff...you all are amazing.

I highly recommend the Dr for procedures as a circumcision, he was really quick and painless. I love the NP Betsy forman, she is accurate and take good care of me. The facility is nice and clean, and they're very quick! Unfortunately, I had to look for a different Dr for my baby boy, bc the ladies who answered the phone, when my son was sick never passed the info to the Doctor, I was pretty upset! And I hope the stuff gets trained about following up with patients after any test or procedures done!

Never told me they didn't take my insurance yet magically notated that they did several times. Calls you to harrass you about bills at 7pm on a SATURDAY. bills that you have to pay for appointments that you wasted time going to. Staff at the desk are unprofessional and scatterbrained. I would never take my child here. Elizabeth was a nice doctor.. Linda was very sarcastic, but nice. A good doctor for an adult. Not my first choice for a doctor for a toddler though. I think ive seen them all. One of the doctors.. The older male.. literally spent 25 mins on google trying to tell me that what i was giving my son for his cough was bad (natural syrup from radiance herbs and spa in downtown olympia).. Pretty concerning that he barely could use the computer... Maybe because hes older? Basic computer knowledge should kind of be a necessity as a licensed doctor id assume. Couldn't find anything bad about it.. Got mad.. said im a hypochondriac. Took him to a different doctor and they were amazing and helped. Wont be coming back.
