Gilded turd award winner. Looking at it you would never guess that it's where the former American Creosote Factory burned down, or that it's an EPA Superfund Site still being cleaned up. Encouraging recreational fishing, considering the downstream contamination, is an especially nice touch. It is a great opportunity for responsible children to educate their parents about non-sustainable manufacturing practices and products that can impact the environment for generations to come.

My children love going to this park EVERY day!! It is a beautiful park with lot's of different structures and things to do! Right by the railroad tracks so if your children love trains this is the park to go to!!

We like going here to throw the football, take a walk, or visit pokestops. There is enough shade and seating to take a rest when it's hot, and there are clean and accessible water fountains and bathrooms. There is a children's playground separated from the rest of the park with a larger covered area, rubberized gravel, and a splash pad for kids to play in the water on hot days. The kids area is gated to help keep the children safe and entrances and exits to this section are confided so that parents can keep a closer eye on children and adults coming and going.

Nice park. Have not been when no event so limited knowledge. Primary reason for one star is pet exclusion policy. It's a park... walking a dog isn't exactly an activity park goers should be adverse to. Allow dogs and rating immediately goes up.

It's got a good playground, it's good sized and has some pretty cool unique playthings. Good spot to stop with a toddler on a roadtrip. Small splash pad too!
