Employees here always seem so put upon to help you. And many of them are downright rude to kids. Almost always a wait here but at least they're well-stocked for your convenience needs.

I always loved Heritage's but the manager who runs this store ruined my experience. She was rude when I called to place an order and when I got there she was texting on her phone while working. I tried explaining that she was rude on the phone and she wasn't having it. She claims she's been working there for 42 years but she has a nasty attitude and lacks customer service skills.
