I wanted to buy a gas fireplace insert and have it installed.  I had purchased a propane stove from this store several years ago and was very pleased so I went there first. The man I spoke to in the store was very helpful but that's where the good part ended.  The person who came to inspect the job did nothing but complain about how hard it would be to install.  He left and I never heard from the store with an estimate.  Very disappointing.  Things seem to have changed.  Additional information:  I was finally called by the store but I had contracted with another company.  Jim, the NEW owner, said he was just overwhelmed with estimates and was sorry it took so long to get back to me.
