I would highly recommend State Farm Agent Herman Askew's office for all your insurance needs! Whether you know a ton or very little about insurance the staff is great about breaking it down in terms normal people can understand. I especially appreciated how transparent they were with everything! It's nice to get a straight answer from a business and you definitely get the feeling that your needs are their top priority.

I just moved to Austin from Dallas and was looking for State Farm Agent near by. One of my friends suggested  to stop by Herman Askew's Office. When I arrived I was greeted with a BIG smile and a warm welcome by his staff member. As she and I was talking about what I needed Herman came out of his office and introduced himself along with the other team members. I was really surprised, but felt like I was just welcomed to a new family. We talked about all my insurance needs, and they also gave me suggestions on nearby places to visit since I just moved here.  If you are looking for a Local Agent I suggest this Agent!!!!!

EXCELLENT service - Highly recommend this office!  
Each and every time I contact the Herman Askew State Farm office I am most appreciative of Tacarra, Tyneshia, Michael and Chris as they provide professional and courteous service!  They all go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your exceptional service!   
I also appreciate Herman as he will "man the phones" when his staff might be assisting others.  He always takes time to answer questions, find the needed response to help and never rushes to get off the phone.  

I am most appreciative of Tacarra, Tyneshia, Michael and Chris as they provide professional and courteous service AND go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your exceptional service!

Herman Askew's perhaps the best Insurance agent whom I could've afforded. He's really dedicated, hard-working and probably the only insurance agent I've ever found until now who wanted the customer to benefit, instead of the insurance agency itself, loved him.
