Wish I could give this place a negative score. I have been a client for years (only b/c beside my doc office). They consistently (a)Do not acknowledge a client's presence, tho there is a bell on the door (b)Lose prescriptions (c)Have lack of thoroughness. For example: Last time I was there, I waited 15 min for any of the FIVE people working to come out from behind the back wall, then asked for p/up. They did not give me my full order, and told me that the doc called in a script for the wrong drug, when the correct script was there the entire time...if they had thoroughly looked for my order. Instead, they blamed me, gave attitude ("Do you have a problem?"), & I had to waste an hour going to my doc office, only to find the script was already at Herold's, if they had looked for it. (d)They have exceptionally high employee turnover. That is a hint something is wrong. This place is very, very wrong.

Hands down the best pharmacy in town! Mary is awesome!!!! Always helpful! Always smiling!

Cat is absolutely fantastic. She figured out an issue with my insurance that another Pharmacy couldn't and she helped me avoid the issue in the future. I never write reviews but her being so understanding and taking the extra step had exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding Experience! My wife needed a "specialty" prescription on a Friday that no other Pharmacy in town (I called about 15-20) could have until Monday. Mike was able to have the prescription overnighted, and we picked it up Saturday before noon. My wife had 101 questions about the medicine, and Mary answered all 101 without hesitation. Herold's is the epitome of Pharmacy/Pharmacists in my book.
