Worst experience with an apartment complex I have ever had. After finding an apartment for my mother to stay at when visiting I decided to add myself to the lease because i could not get any thing done for her pertaining to cable, electric, gas, and any issues with the apartment from management. I paid a $75 fee to have myself added to the lease. I have over 8 maintenance requests all from the poor quality of the appliances, the freezer kept thawing out and after i wrote to maintenance myself stating it was probably the thermostat  they assured me it wasn't ( I had the same issue with a mini fridge back in college) after thawing out yet again I was informed it was indeed the thermostat. Shocker. Fast forward 12 months and 4 A/C services later its time to cancel the lease and move out. Now I'm being told I am not on the lease and cannot do any of the cancellation paperwork, that in order to be added to a lease the lease holder needs to sign paperwork, whom happens to live full time in Ohio. So after paying $75 to be added to a lease when I was not informed at the time she would need to sign for me to be added to the lease I am told i cannot get a refund for the $75 dollars and cannot cancel the lease. After going back and forth over the phone and having the lease holder call and email from Ohio and send a photo copy of ID notarized from Ohio which was requested by management I'm told they don't need a notarized copy of an ID? So why ask for it? Because by the time it arrived She was past her 60 day notice to vacate and would then be billed for another month. And after all that she is told over the phone that the apartment is in good condition and should receives reimbursement of security deposit in roughly 45 days she receives a bill for $500 . . . As you can assume that bill will be waived after we discuss this matter with their corporate  offices.

they never pick up the phone or email back... rent is ridiculous now... the only good thing is their maintenance is done quick...no parking when you home at night, im pregnant and have to walk a block to park my car because there all these peoples cars in my area that are not supposed to...

We lived here for 1year  we couldn't renew the lease because we had to move to Maryland. This place is the best I never found cockroaches or any insect in my apartment the complex is safe we used to let our stuff outside and nobody took it. The office ladies are nice especially Maria, she's my favorite when we call her about the maintenance she send the guys to fix it right away. The place is nice and quit I like it

Don't move here or anyone you love animals included not unless you like things that are broken and don't bother to complain police will be called on you

Nia and Maria at the office are both very sweet, moving its self can be very stressful and these two really care! The apartment its self is very nice, all the appliances work and everything is maintained. No complaints.
