The worst plumbers I have ever dealt with.  Never looked inside the water heater, told us it wasn't heating water because the water was colder than usual.  Tried to sell us a $5500 unit instead.  Called another plumber who fixed the issue.   DO NOT USE this company. bad bad bad.
