Equipments are old and the price reflects it, but not cheap.

Negative: My church youth group decided to go bowling for our outing of the month. I was elected to coordinate the event. I called Herrill Lanes about two weeks before the day and was treated very disrespectfully. The lady I spoke to on the phone did not speak in a professional matter. I was trying to ask a few questions so I can give the correct information to my group of 20 poeple. I also asked if she needed any of my information and she said no and to just call the day of. So I call the day of and the man I spoke with was trying to find my information, thinking that I had a reservation. He seemed hesitant to say okay to me bringing 20 people. (When I spoke with the lady she said it was fine as long as we came and left at the time we said) I asked him if we would get any group discount and said no. I brought 20 people! They should've given us some discount! Positive: The shoes were clean and not worn out, alleys were clean and well kept. Overall: poor customer care
