Linda and Perry are very friendly and have provided me with great customer service every time I've called or walked in the store. Their prices on new and used hot tubs are reasonable, and their knowledge on the various systems is extensive. They provided a warranty on the refurbished hot tub I bought, but I haven't needed it because the tub has proven to perform just as they promised. I recommend this professional and friendly store to anyone shopping to purchase a hot tub, or needing service, parts, or chemicals.

Perry and Linda are very knowledgeable and friendly, and Linda always remembers your name. Years ago, we went to Hershberger's first and never found reason to go elsewhere. I prefer to buy hot tub supplies at this local businessman's shop rather than the probably cheaper impersonal Internet.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are absolute lying thieves. We had a Hot Springs spa at our house when we moved in, which did not work. We called Hershberger's to come out and inspect it to see how much it would cost to repair. They charged about $100 for the inspection, and the repair "specialist" told us it would cost around $1500 to fix, which we couldn't afford. He then offered to "take it off our hands" if we paid him $300 to haul it off. Since we couldn't afford the repairs, we gave the hot tub away for free to a young couple who wanted to try to fix it. Imagine our surprise when they fixed it with a $5 part. They are at a minimum incompetent, and more likely completely dishonest. Beware doing business with these maggots.

Wonderful customer service! Perry, Linda and all of the employees are very nice! I highly recommend Hershberger Spas! You will be satisfied!

Perry Hershberger is the most friendly and knowledgeable person around. He has helped me immensely with my spa, even though I did not purchase it through them. I would highly reccomend them to anyone and would not even bother calling any other company.
