This place does have pretty good customer service.  SADLY I have rented from them 4 times because I get a discount from AAA, all 4 times I had to wait a couple of hours to be picked up and to get my car. I also was mislead one of the times that they would comp. My rental for the inconvenience but I was still charged. Next time I'm renting from Enterprise
