It's been a different location since the last time I visited which was about a year and a half ago. If I had given a review then it would have been 5 stars. What happened?

If I could rate them with 0 stars I would! The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced! The agent was condescending and just plain rude.  I was told they had no cars and had absolutely no idea when they would get a car in.  This is your business to rent cars.  At least have a plan to have cars there to rent.  Please rent a car from anywhere else!!!!!!

The service with this hertz is terrible and average family dirty truck when we returned they said they would bill us to detail the vehicle.  I have rented many cars from enterprise and have never been charged for a detail.  I was under the empress ion that cars always had to be detailed between customers.  That is why they charge $50 per day for the use of the vehicle.   My family will never return to hertz.

If there was a 0 star rating I would have chose that. Terrible service. My first call to them I was told I was going to get a call back, after 1 hour I called back since I had received no call, I was placed on hold and hung up after 5 minutes. I called back for a third time and there was no answer. Showed up to the location and the girl there said she couldn't help me and I would need to wait for the manager to return, after 10 mins she came out to the car and said they had no cars available but we could try back again tomorrow. Not sure how they are in business with customer service like this. Would strongly not recommend this company for your rental service.

Give Sam a damn raise or promotion! my god! he's seriously the man! He's running the whole thing solo! What a guy! Super helpful and incredibly friendly service. Understanding and patient! Keep kicking ass Sam!
