Horrible experience. Made a reservation for 1:00, that website allowed for 1:00, although they close at 1:00, sharp!? According to Zack, the condescending employee, he doesn't care about customers or his company. He said he had personal things to take care of at 1:00 and didnt have time to wait a minute.  But what about that reservation? Yeah he knew about it. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there is no lower option. Try another Hertz or rental spot before this one.  Just awful.

Do NOT NOT NOT use this company. Let's you make a reservation when they don't have any cars. Useless!

Even if you don't get a car anywhere else, you'll get it here. The staff is helpful and cars are brand new
