We always go to Hertz. Very friendly. They always have something available. Cars are clean, washed, and in good condition. We finally joined the Hertz rewards/gold star club, worth it! Also they have a deal with AAA for the lowest price. I always get a better price than my sister when we travel together.

I have been here twice. The price of cars seems to be cheaper compared to the one in thousand oaks. The staff is helpful. Overall experience is good.

Dirty office. Disorganized and slow staff. Storefront will often be empty for extended periods of time, even though they should be waiting for you, because you have a reservation. Cars are NEVER clean, often they are bio hazards that get your clothes dirty, or are a hazard to drive because toy can't see through the windscreen. You'll get "upgraded" into a just slightly less disgusting car, but you shouldn't have to.
