Horrible experience and service! Reserved the rental through my insurance company and we are supposed to receive a comparable vehicle. I drive a mustang and they had maybe 3 cars to select... a van, pickup truck and a Kia Soul! You must be crazy! Customer service was horrible! Rude young people working. A car came in for return and we selected that vehicle; stated it  would take 15 minutes to clean and we waited over an hour because the young girl decided to take the vehicle on a joy ride coming back with her breakfast from Hardee’s! NEVER utilize this place EVER!

By far the worst rental car experience I've had. The teenagers at the desk knew nothing about cars. The light on the dash of the rental car was on when I first turned on the car signaling that there was no coolant. Popped thr hood and there really was no coolant. I went back inside to let them know and asked if they had any coolant. The lady at the desk informed me that I didn't need coolant for my 26 hour drive and that the light had been on for a while. I asked her what would happen if the car broke down on my drive and she told me that if have to pay to have the car towed back. 

Called corporate to let them know of the issue and they told me I could change the car in at the airport. This car was fine and had coolant. 

A few days after I get back from my trip I get an alert to my phone that my card has been charged $30. After looking online the rental company shares your credit card company with American Traffic Solutions. They use your card to pay any traffic fees or missed tolls and charge you without telling you why. I still do not know why they charged me this. Maybe their easy pass did not work on a toll? They essentially pled guilty for me and gave them my card info so they could pay the fees with my money. While I'm sure the fine print says they can do this, but this is unethical as I don't even know what I am apparently guilty of. I will never use Hertz again.

The rental location is near the airport, buses and shopping! On my return a staff member gave me a lift to a location within 10 mins as part of the service. That added to my happiness.

Very friendly staff but wow is this place bare!  Not like you'll spend much time in there at all, but odd having barely more than 1 agent desk and a chair.  Car selection will be pretty minimal too and may very well be really dirty when you pick them up, but at least they'll reimburse you upon return for up to ~$15 for a car wash you get yourself.

I reserved a car for a one week trip and was very impressed with the service.   They called me thirty minutes before pickup time to verify I was ready and then picked me up exactly on time and with a great car already clean and ready to go.  all my paperwork was completed and in the car so I only had to let the driver out and go.    This is the way car rental should be.  The people at the Denbigh office are always very professional and friendly.  I would recommend them to everyone.
