Did not honor the agreement made with my insurance company. Don't even try and argue with them because they don't care. I only used Hertz for the convenient location to the repair shop. Wished I hadn't. Will never use Hertz again for any reason.  Also, employees on location will not tell you about the nickel and dime charges.  Renters beware!!

Long story short, Hertz failed to pick-up a vehicle I left at a dealership (I was told by Hertz this was an acceptable arrangement).  They claimed that I never gave them pick-up information and that I didn't return their calls regarding the vehicle.  My call records say otherwise.  After a month of numerous calls to get this vehicle picked-up both with Hertz Carrollton and corporate, Hertz attempted to charge me over $850.  I was not notified of charges to my credit card, and the invoice  I received five days after the charge to my credit card appeared made little sense.  Hertz corporate and Hertz Carrollton refused to refund me.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and through their mediation, Hertz agreed to give me a refund.  

Based on how Hertz has treated me and others the last month--making promises and ensuring that I had done my job to get this resolved, repeatedly calling for action then not telling me what they expected me to do, accusing the dealership of illegally holding the vehicle, dragging out the process then charging me for their failures--, I'm not doing business with any Hertz location again.

No show clear when turn each other without no name street and which difficult exit or enter looks narrow or lines made driving me crazY and no big word show where are You going after make mistake or wrong waY
