I left the car last tuesday and next sunday 2pm I received a call from the person who had received the car saying that the car had a scratch and that I had been the last to use that car. That if I did not go within the next two hours to do my discharge I would have to talk to their lawyers. Incredible and very disrespectul. Had never happened anything like that. Will never rent a car with Hertz again
