Do not rent from here they will scam you that Arab guy that works there who can barely speak English we'll talk you into signing for extra insurance coverage without understanding totally this place is garbage never again

As of this minute I wish I could give no stars. We went to this location almost 2 weeks ago to book a rental. We were ready to pay that day to keep things simple. The gentleman there told us to pay upon pick up. Just bring our card and pay the $200 deposit which would be returned upon return of the vehicle. 
We leave tomorrow for a 2 week vacation cross country and went to pick up the vehicle today only to be told we couldn't get it because we don't have a credit card, only a debit card and our credit score is too low. 
They wouldn't take a credit card over the phone from our relative as they needed signitures (despite my husband being a valid user on the relatives card).  All they could do was call around to other rental locations to see who accepts debit cards. 
My point is that if we had been told we needed a credit card we would NOT have shown up with a debit card. And we would not potentially be losing money we have invested in this vacation already.
The only other thing they are going to try and do is see if one of the managers would be willing to come and open the location tomorrow so we can bring the card and the card holder. But this isn't a guarantee as it is optional for them to come in their day off. Otherwise we our out of luck and out money on a trip we won't be able to take.
Very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of proper training
UPDATE: a manager did agree to come in (very nice of her) however by the time we were contacted,  our  family member with the physical card was unable to meet up with us at a reasonable time. So now it is a valid 1 star for the teensy effort put in to rectify the situation.

Kudos to Branch Manger Saira Evans for her exceptional customer service in getting a vehicle for one of my clients.  One of my policyholders had her car stolen and needed to get into a rental car immediately to take care of her medical issues. Saira was prompt, friendly, and courteous in helping my clients through the entire process. Thank you Saira!
