I wanted to take the time to write a review for this Hertz location in Royal Palm. I have rented from them twice already and both times I have been EXTREMELY satisfied and impressed with the experience. I rented from after my car was involved in an accident through the insurance company of the person that rear ended me. I was so impressed by their service that I told them if I need to rent again I will definitely rent from them. I needed to rent a minivan this past weekend and sure enough I went to them. Again so impressed and completely satisfied with their service and the warm welcome that I received when I returned. I don’t write many reviews, but this place deserves it! Thank you again!

I attempted to rent a car here while my car was in the shop. I called in advance of my registration to see if I needed anything and was told State Farm had taken care of everything. I drop my car off at the shop and get a ride to Hertz and they wouldn't rent me a car because my debit card didn't have my name on it. Then they refused to give me a ride back to my car leaving me stranded and forced me to please with them to get a ride even though they were the ones to pick me up in the first place. Manager was disrespectful and spoke down to me. I will not go back and I recommend you find another company or at minimum a different location to rent a car from. Do not go here. The manager hasn't trained their staff properly and become disrespectful and unprofessional when confronted with that fact.

Had worst customer service experience of my life with Chris, the manager...HORRIBLE location and HORRIBLE service... will not be using this location or Hertz again

Excellent service and price. Used them multiple times while my car was in for extensive repairs. Great vehicle selection to choose from as well.

Any time I plan a vacation they seem to always have a location near the airport of my destination.
