Every time I go to the Hawaiian Gardens Hertz, the gentleman who helps me (he’s usually there on Saturday mornings) is always amazing, a pleasant to work with and knowledgeable! Any time I rent a car Hertz is where I go....and I’ve tried the other guys..!

The staff and particularly Ms. Emily went to great lengths to accommodate my needs. Spectacular customer service and awesome personal. I always come here for all my car rentals, usually for leisure. Thank you guys for always taking care of me whenever I come through.

The staff is very nice,I needed a car for a family wedding, it just happened to be 3 days before Christmas, I was able to get a car with no problems, thanks guys!

Worst phone call. The lady gave me attitude. I decided to ask her for her name. She gave first name when I ask her for her last name. She did a 180 and became more compliance and friendly with my request. The whole time before that she just wanted to get rid of me and I could clearly hear how frustrated she is.
