Great place. Great workers. All though if you're any level of a gold member I would stay away from this place because your membership has no meaning here. You will not have a car reserved waiting for you and you wont be put ahead of regular one time people. Coming from a 5 star member who had to wait 3hrs for a car i didnt reserve and paying not what I was shown on my agreement but the lady did try her best to bring it down therefore the 3 stars instead of 1. Also, this is not the first time I as a gold member had to wait for any sort of car. Gold members stick to airports.

The woman I assumed to be the manager sitting at a desk straight up lied to me. I don't know exactly why, but I was trying to do a rental exchange because I had driven a 12 passenger van from Texas to New York, and wanted a smaller car to drive back. She said that all the cars in the lot either needed an oil change or had dog hair all over inside. I told her I'd take a car with dog hair and she said, "Uh-uh!"  I was then told to call Hertz Emergency service and tell them my van was undriveable and I needed a replacement car. I don't know if she didn't want the van, didn't want to give up one of her vehicles to take back to Texas, or if maybe I was just plain discriminated against. The reason I know she was lying to me was because there were several cars available when I looked online to reserve one. 

AVOID THIS CROOKED PLACE!!!

I live in Bushwick and used to get rentals at jfk or laguardia but this location is so much better for four reasons:
It's crazy close
It's almost always cheaper
They are incredibly fast for pickup and drop off
They are the nicest people ever.

Only downfall is some of the cars are in worse shape than others, but that's not really an issue for me. Keep up the good work guys- you make a usually stressful endeavor really pleasant!

Stress free experience. The car selection could be larger, but given that location isn't that big to begin with, it wasnt much of a problem. The car I received was very clean and gave me no issues on the 500 mile trip I took.  I had not one single problem with customer service. Will be renting from here again very soon.
