NEVER FALL VICTIM TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! We had a reservation to pick up a vehicle. I paid in advance online, I got there and they refused to rent to me because they said they couldn't use the card that they took the money off of. Either provide them with a different card or no rental. ok fine, give me my money back and i can go elsewhere. i was told they would refund me in 7-14 days my $370.00. Enabling me and my children to attend my brothers wedding. It took less then a minute. They said oh we are sorry! My question is...why not do the extra checks before you take my money? I don't have 370 DOLLARS to give away for services not received. YOU STRANDED MY FAMILY! But GOD, Thank YOU and THANK YOU TO ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL Still losing hotel and time with my family. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You have my money and want to sit on it but my money is my credit. I paid you for a car and you have my money and we are stranded. JUST NOT RIGHT!!!

We emphatically agree with previous reviews of ZERO if possible. We had a reservation for 8:30 am and were running about an hour late due to flooding. After waiting about twenty minutes in their uninviting waiting area, while the female rep gave our reserved vehicle to a couple without a reservation, we were told that she didn't have our car because we were late. What??? We had a reservation! She totally blamed us and blatantly lied when she said she tried to call us. My husband asked her what number she called and she REFUSED to tell us. Obviously she forgot cell phones show received and missed calls, which neither of us had any. We left this dump without a car and spent the next hour and a half trying to contact Hertz corporate...which we have concluded doesn't exist, there is no human to speak of, only an automated run around. Steer clear of this business, spend a little more for quality service and give your money to someone with integrity,

Unfortunately the previous place was renting from was more than I could afford at the time so my father helped me and we ended up with Hertz because of the price HUGE MISTAKE!!! Everything was prepared and paid for before we arrived at the location which was 45min away from my house. With that said when we arrived at Hertz at 8am sharp to make an EXTREMELY LONG STORY AND DAY I ENDED UP FINALLY DRIVING AWAY WITH A CAR AT 5pm! However that includes driving back and forth 45min each way twice and spending about $250.00 more! The car itself was beautiful clean and actually brand new but I honestly think it would've been easier to purchase a new car instead of renting from Hertz! Customer service was a complete joke I got different instructions from each person I spoke with and to make it even better I had to extend my rental and my credit card on file the one I originally used and obviously it worked for whatever reason HERTZ NOT MY CARD COULD NOT GET IT TO GO THROUGH EVEN AFTER MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CALLED THEM ON 3 WAY WITH ME VERIFYING I HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH CREDIT TO COVER THE PURCHASE I WAS TOLD. I ended up keeping the car with Hertzs permission and told I would have to pay it when I returned the car being quoted and told that price would be the price I would be paying was NOT TRUE AT ALL...IT WAS DOUBLE!!! The bottom line is if you need to rent a car pay the extra $ upfront because you will end up paying more in the long run with Hertz AND WASTE MORE THAN AN ENTIRE DAY OR MORE!!!

I wrote two emails, one letter, one certified letter to their customer service headquarters, as well as making multiple phone calls and did not receive one reply. It took Hertz three days to close out the account (they couldn't find the vehicle) and when they did they charged me $110 for gas on a car I returned with a full tank of gas. Stay away from Hertz.

I would give this place 0 Stars if I could, very poor customer service, it's like they are being" professional" while simultaneously being jerk'ish, and on top of the crappy rental vehicle choices.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THERE ARE WAY BETTER RENTAL COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM THAN THIS ONE.
