Pros: Library is really nice. Lots of places to sit. It is well lit.  There are computers for both kids and adults.  I like their self-check out system. kids have a lot of fun checking out their own books with the scanner

Cons: You have to walk your books in to return them.  The staff has twice restocked my book without checking them back in.  They took my book from the dropbox and put it directly onto the shelf.  When they charged me late fees I explained I did in fact turn it in they looked on the shelf and there it was. 

Their late fees are outrageous! it is $0.25 a day per book. It was only $0.05 where I came from. When you have a few kids and they each check out a couple books it adds up really quick.  I have signed up for text reminders but they ONLY send reminders that your books are due AFTER they are late.  So to me it defeats the purpose of the reminder.

Love it here. Bring my kids here all the time. Have summer programs to help encourage reading, great library. I actually like this place, most libraries feel like a museum to me, not this one. Maybe it's the atmosphere and the people who come / work here. Can get crowded at checkout line, but the do have self-checkout.

Also love the Friends of the Library shop within the library.  Allows me to restock my classroom on the cheap, and sometimes I luck out and find the perfect hardback to add to my collection.  They also have several beautiful areas to relax and read.

The best resource center around for all ages with excellent customer service. I was searching for a chapter book for my 11yo nephew. The staff stopped what she was doing to successfully help me. My nephew was very happy with the book that was chosen. Thank you staff for being genuine. In your care and attention given to the customers.

I just got my new library card yesterday, i had some questions for the staff. They were helpful. So i will be coming back today.
